Complaints and feedback

We take all complaints and feedback very seriously in Right of Place Second Chance. We see them as a great tool at helping to inform our services, to review our ongoing work and to adapt our services if they are ever needed.

We respect all feedback and complaints and as such have a robust complaints procedure and policy that all relevant members of staff have received training and support in.

Below, you will see a contact us form whereby you can leave any comments and feedback you wish. These will be sent to Right of Place Second Chance directly. These are monitored frequently and you can expect to receive a response to your feedback within 5 working days, at the maximum.

The complaints procedure is clearly detailed below.

For any inability to resolve the issue informally through the recommended channels, there is also the formal complaint form that you can click on and fill out.

We encourage any person who needs support in making the complaint to contact any of their local offices and support can be provided to complete the complaint.
